1999 Polly Pocket magnetic turn fest gymnastics floor Mattel Playset no figures

This is a cool piece. Please look at all photos as it has some openings that looks like a flag or something should be in it & the floor has some discoloration. However, all stickers on the stage and in the scoreboard wheel are in good condition.
