At the back top there are two holes with grommets and I don’t know what that would have been for. Please notice on the front close up picture what looks like a pic, but is just a piece of fabric, maybe an imperfection in the fabric. This is a Burgundy color. Size small and length measures roughly 23” and width 20”. 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex Machine wash (LL13,40)
